Teacher Education programs are accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. In addition, UCM’s Middle School-Junior High School program has been nationally recognized by the specialized professional association: The Association of Middle Level Education (amle.org).

A BSE in Middle School-Junior High School, a BS in Occupational Education, and a BSE in Secondary Education (Options in Agriculture Teacher Education, Business Teacher Education, Engineering and Technology Teacher Education, and Family Consumer Sciences Teacher Education)  are offered.
