ACCT 4138 - Corporate Taxation & Tax Research (3)

This course examines the tax law related to corporations and their shareholders including formation, operation, distributions, and liquidations.  Students will also complete corporate income tax returns and learn the tools for effective tax research and drafting tax memorandums.  This course is co-listed with ACCT 5138. Prerequisite(s): ACCT 4130  and admission to BSBA program. An additional fee is associated with this course.
