MGT 5360 - Innovation for Strategic Advantage (3)Investigation of innovation, how it is developed and sustained to create a strategic advantage. By looking at their own organizations, students will find innovative ways to serve their clients/customers and differentiate themselves from their competition. This course will focus on business model and process innovation, as well as new products, services and innovation transfer. Prerequisite(s): Three years professional work experience (thus approval by the School of Business Administration: Division of Business Strategy chair is necessary) and admission to the Graduate School.
