MGT 5320 - Learning Organization (3)Learners discuss and evaluate cognitive biases that affect decision processes at a client organization of their choosing. Each learner finds his or her own client. Effective learning processes at the individual, dyad, team, organization, and inter-organizational levels are applied to this client. Together we examine how the organizational environment is shaped by norms, rules, roles, and communication. Prerequisite(s): BADM 5400 or permission. Spring only.
