Provides a comprehensive study of customer relationship management (CRM) in the 21st century.  This course offers an in-depth review of CRM and database marketing, strategic CRM, implementing a CRM strategy, and various metrics to measure customer value.  This course is designed to specifically give you applicable skills to help your company to identify and manage “profitable” customers.
