MKT 5475 - Services Marketing Provides a study of the issues and concepts unique to the marketing of services including relationship marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, service failure and recovery, and service delivery. This course is co-listed with MKT 4475. Students enrolled in MKT 5475 may not also take MKT 4475 for undergraduate credit. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the MBA program and BADM 5400 .
