EDFL 5955 - Reading Interventions for English Language Learners (3)This course explores the key principles of effective reading intervention programs for all students with reading deficits, discusses the differences between effective reading practices/interventions for ELL and non-ELL students, and provides effective reading intervention strategies that ESOL, classroom, and content area teachers can use with English Language Learners (ELLs) in K-12 schools. Prerequisite(s): Must be accepted to the MSE in ELL program and must have advisor consent.
