DSA 4400  -  Statistical Foundations for Data Science and AI (3)

Statistical foundations for data science and artificial intelligence and their applications. Topics including probability distributions review, descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, Bayesian rule, linear and logistic regression analysis, analysis of variance and statistical programming language R. This course is co-listed with DSA 5400. Prerequisite(s): ACST 1300  with a grade of C or better or ACST 1300R  with a grade of C or better; and CS 2030  with a grade of C or better or CS 4170  with a grade of C or better. An additional fee is associated with this course.
