HM 3810 - Internship in Hotel and Restaurant Management (1-3)

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the hospitality industry and allow for investigating different career paths. The internship advances the concepts of customer service and inter-personal skills. Three credit hours must be with same employer. Only available for Pass/Fail credit.
