Transfer Guide SFCC AA to UCM BSBA Finance

The below courses are required for Finance majors and can be fulfilled at SFCC as part of the AA requirements. If these courses are not taken at SFCC, they must be completed at UCM. The full list of SFCC AA requirements can be found in the SFCC catalog.

Students who transfer to UCM with an Associate of Arts degree are considered to have met all general education requirements at UCM, except for those specifically required by the major (see UCM General Education Requirements below, if applicable).

AA General Education Requirements: 42 Semester Hours


AA Elective Options: 22 Semester Hours


Minimum Total Hours Required for SFCC AA: 64 Semester Hours


UCM BSBA Finance


The below list of courses represents the requirements a student will have left to complete after transferring to UCM with an Associate of Arts degree. Any courses listed above not taken at SFCC must be completed as part of the BSBA Finance requirements.

Minimum Total Hours Required for BSBA: 120 Semester Hours


*Students expecting to receive the B.S.B.A. degree must meet all preadmission requirements to be admitted to this program. See the Statement of Policy on Admission to a B.S.B.A. degree program. Pre-admission courses include: ACCT 1101 , ACCT 2102 , BLAW 2720 , CIS 1600 , ECON 1010 , ECON 1011 , FIN 2801 , and MATH 1111 .

+Course must be completed with a grade of C or better to receive the B.S.B.A. Finance degree.
