Transfer Guide ECC AAS Paramedic Technology to UCM BS Crisis and Disaster Management

The below courses are required for Crisis and Disaster Management majors and can be fulfilled at ECC as part of the AAS Paramedic Technology requirements. If any of the below courses are not taken at ECC, they must be completed at UCM. The full list of ECC AAS requirements can be found in the ECC Catalog.​

Students who transfer to UCM with a completed Associate of Applied Science degree will need to complete the general education requirements at UCM. See the UCM General Education Requirements listed at the bottom of this guide.

AAS General Education Requirements: 20 Semester Hours

Minimum Total Hours Required for ECC AAS: 64 Semester Hours


UCM BS Crisis and Disaster Management


The below list of courses represents the requirements a student will have left to complete after transferring to UCM with an Associate of Applied Science degree. Any courses listed above not taken at ECC must be completed as part of BS requirements.

General Education Requirements: 28 Semester Hours


The following General Education  requirements will need to be completed at UCM. CHEM 1104 is required for this major.

Minimum Total Hours Required for BS: 120 Semester Hours
