Accelerated Program Notes:
The Accelerated model for this program is designmed for the MS Sport Management.
Students should apply for admittance to the Accelerated Program at the beginning of the junior year, after earning at least 60 hours of undergraduate college credit that includes 6 credit hours of Sport Management major courses, SM 1100 and SM 2300. The application must be made prior to the student earning senior status in the BS in Sport Management, through Sport Management Graduate Coordinator.
Students must meet specific academic criteria for acceptance into the Accelerated program. The minimum criteria for acceptance are:
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 (4.00 scale) or higher for the first 60 hours of undergraduate college credit.
- Earn a B or better in both SM 1100 and SM 2300 courses.
In order to remain in good standing, students must:
- Maintain an overall cumulative GPA of 2.75/(4.00 scale), and
- Earn a C or better in all Sport Management coursework taken in the senior year.
In any semester, if either condition is not met, students will become ineligible to continue in the Accelerated program.
Students can enroll in graduate courses only after the junior year (90 earned hours).

SM 5770 Sport Finance (SM 4770 )
SM 5820 Sport Public Relations (SM 4820 )
SM 5880 Sport Comsumer Behavior (SM 4880 )
