Major, Bachelor of Science Degree
The graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy will use the knowledge and skills obtained in the program to:
- Solve accounting problems and prepare accounting reports.
- Apply professional standards to resolve ethical and regulatory issues.
- Utilize information skills and knowledge to analyze electronic information.
- Communicate accounting information effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information and ideas clearly.

Major Electives: 12 Semester Hours
Select 4 Accounting Courses for 12 Semester Hours Upper Level Business Elective: 3 Semester Hours
Select any 3 credit-hour 3000 or 4000 level business course (ACCT, BLAW, CIS, ECON, FIN, MGT, or MKT prefix). General Education Requirements: 42 Semester Hours
