Admissions Requirements: 
	Earned baccalaureate degree in a health sciences discipline with a cumulative GPA of a 3.00 or above on a 4.00 scale for baccalaureate coursework, or graduate GPA if applicant has earned graduate degree.Official transcripts.250-word essay describing purpose and goals for program participationTwo years clinical experience preferred.Two professional references.Applicants for whom English is a learned language may be asked to take the TOEFL English proficiency exam with a minimum score of 500 (paper based) or 61 (internet based). |
