MKT 4475 - Services Marketing (3)Provides a study of the issues and concepts unique to the marketing of services including relationship marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, service failure and recovery, and service delivery. This course is co-listed with MKT 5475. Students enrolled in MKT 4475 may not also take MKT 5475 for graduate credit. An additional fee is associated with this course.
