MUS 3305 - Methods of Teaching Elementary School Music (2)

Acquisition of materials and methodology for music majors who are preparing to teach music in the elementary schools. Includes examination of note and rhythm reading comprehension, fluency, strategies, practice skills, concept development, and critical thinking and analysis, especially within the context of music education for typical and atypical learners. Prerequisite(s): MUS 1112 . This is a professional education course.
