HM 4840 - Legal Aspects of Hotel and Restaurant Management (3)Students will recognize, analyze, and evaluate legal issues and articulate appropriate decisions based on workplace situations. Contract, dramshop, property, employee, liability law, and legal responsibilities for guests are defined and discussed utilizing legal statutes and judicial opinions. Verbal communication skills are developed through debate and forensic style case studies and assignments. Prerequisite(s): HRM 3920 . An additional fee is associated with this course.
