MS 1120 - Foundations of Leadership (2: 2 lecture, 0 lab)Introduces students to the personal challenges and competencies that are critical for effective leadership. Students learn the personal development of life skills such as critical thinking, time management, goal setting, and communication. Students learn the importance of developing essential communication skills and the basics of squad level tactics. Laboratory is required. Prerequisite(s): MS 1110 or consent of Professor of Military Science. Spring.
