ESE 3845 - Small Business Operations Analysis (3) Many small businesses have a disconnect between the business plan and the management of day to day operations. This course is intended to provide the necessary practice of using relevant software for functions such as (but not limited to): setting up and charting accounts; recording transactions with customers, vendors and employees; understanding and analyzing small business financial reports; and, developing decision processes for future operations. Sales forecasting, revenue management, labor management, production management, cost projections, and financial statements are created and interpreted. A decision-based project is created, presented and completed. Prerequisite(s): ACCT 1101 . Students are encouraged to enroll in both ESE 4710 and ESE 3845 during the same semester. An additional fee is associated with this course. Fall.
