Introduction to Western music notation including note names, clefs, the piano keyboard, rhythm and meter, major and minor scales and key signatures, intervals, triads. Designed for students with no or limited experience reading music notation. An additional fee is associated with this course. This course is equivalent to MOTR MUSC 101 Music Fundamentals in the Humanities & Fine Arts Knowledge Area.
