ENGT 4120 - Hydrology and Drainage Design (3)Study of basic hydraulic engineering and hydrology concepts focused on open channel flow and culvert design. Hydraulic design topics include: basic hydraulic concepts, open channels, culverts, storm water systems, and detention basins; design of sedimentation control devices; and current environmental regulations. Hydrology topics covered include: calculating storm water runoff and erosion and sedimentation control measures. Course work involves the application of software in analysis and design. Prerequisite(s): EASC 2100 . An additional fee is associated with this course. Not available for graduate credit.
