Transfer Guide State Tech AAS Drafting/Design to UCM BS Design and Drafting Technology

The below courses are required for BS Design and Drafting Technology majors and can be fulfilled at State Tech as part of the AAS requirements. If these courses are not completed at State Tech, they must be completed at UCM. The full list of State Tech AAS requirements can be found in the State Tech catalog.

AAS General Education Requirements: 19 Semester Hours


The below courses are recommended to be taken at State Tech as part of the AAS general education requirements.

AAS Drafting and Design Engineering Technology Core Requirements: 33-42 Semester Hours


Other Program Requirements for AAS: 17 Semester Hours


Minimum Total Hours Required for State Tech AAS: 69-78 Semester Hours


UCM BS Design and Drafting Technology


The below list of courses represents the requirements a student will have left to complete after transferring to UCM with an AAS degree in Drafting and Design Engineering Technology. Any courses listed above not taken at State Tech must be completed as part of BS requirements.

General Education Requirements: 23 Semester Hours
