Transfer Guide MACC ADN to UCM BS RN-BSN Nursing

The below courses are required for Nursing: RN-BS majors and can be fulfilled at MACC as part of the ADN requirements. If these courses are not taken at MACC, they must be completed at UCM. The full list of MACC ADN requirements can be found in the MACC Catalog.
Students who transfer to UCM with a completed Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) will need to complete the general education program at UCM. Some courses are outlined below. See The General Education Program Requirements for full list of requirements.
ADN General Education Requirements: 36 Semester Hours
The below courses will be taken as part of the ADN requirements at MACC and fulfill UCM requirements.

Minimum Total Hours Required for MACC ADN: 75 Semester Hours
UCM BS RN-BSN Nursing
The below list of courses represents the requirements a student will have left to complete after transferring to UCM with an Associate Degree Nursing. Any courses listed above not taken at MACC must be completed as part of BS requirements.
Major Requirements: 36-40 Semester Hours
Nursing Elective from the Following: 2-6 Semester Hours
Transfer Hours
30-34 required hours fulfilled using MACC coursework.
General Education Requirements: 21 Semester Hours
21 out of 42 minimum required hours can be fulfilled at MACC using ADN coursework. See The General Education Program Requirements for full list of requirements.
