Transfer Guide JCCC AA to UCM BSBA Accountancy


Johnson County Community College


The below courses are required for Accountancy majors and can be fulfilled at JCCC as part of the AA degree requirements. If these courses are not taken at JCCC, they must be completed at UCM. The full list of JCCC AA degree requirements can be found in the JCCC catalog.

Students who transfer to UCM with an Associate of Arts degree will be considered to have met all general education requirements, except those specifically required by the major (if applicable).

AA General Education Requirements: 30 Semester Hours


AA Elective Options: 30 Semester Hours


Minimum Total Hours Required for JCCC AA: 60 Semester Hours


*Students expecting to receive the B.S.B.A. degree must meet all preadmission requirements to be admitted to this program. See the Statement of Policy on Admission to a B.S.B.A. degree program. Pre-admission courses include: ACCT 1101 , ACCT 2102 , BLAW 2720 CIS 1600 , ECON 1010 , ECON 1011 FIN 2801 , and MATH 1111 .

UCM BSBA Accountancy


The below list of courses represents the requirements a student will have left to complete after transferring to UCM with an Associate of Arts degree. Any courses listed above not taken at JCCC must be completed as part of BSBA requirements.
