Transfer Guide MSU-WP AS Technology to UCM BS Engineering Technology: Management Option

The below courses are required for Engineering Technology: Management Option majors and can be fulfilled at MSU-WP as part of the AS Technology program. If these courses are not taken at MSU-WP, they must be completed at UCM. The full list of AS requirements can be found in the MSU-WP Catalog.

It is highly recommended that students follow the General Education recommendations listed below to fulfill all General Education requirements at UCM. Please note, the General Education Assessment and Civics Exam will need to be completed at UCM. More information can be found on the General Education Program Information  page of this catalog.

AS General Education Requirements: 47 Semester Hours


The below courses will be taken as part of the AS and fulfill UCM general education requirements (listed in parentheses).

AS Technical Electives: 13 Semester Hours


Select 13 credit hours from CIS, CGP, CSC, EGR, or TEC courses. See MSU-WP catalog for course options.

Minimum Total Hours Required for MSU-WP AS: 60 Semester Hours


UCM BS Engineering Technology: Management Option


The below list of courses represents the requirements a student will have left to complete after transferring to UCM with an Associate of Science degree. Any courses listed above not taken at MSU-WP must be completed as part of BS requirements.

Major Requirements: 61 Semester Hours


General Education Requirements


General Education  requirements can be completed at MSU-WP. See above.

Minimum Total Hours Required for BS: 120 Semester Hours
