ESE 4200 - Service Project in Leadership (1)Leadership is the ability to influence a group of people towards a goal. Using an entrepreneurial approach, students ideate, create, plan and implement a service project. The students’ vision is imparted through their leadership skills and management of volunteers as their project is completed. Students receive feedback from UCM faculty and from advisors at the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). You need not be in a position of authority to take this course. You must be a member of the NSLS, have completed the first two levels of NSLS induction. Prerequisite: complete the first two levels of NSLS induction.
