PHYS 3040 - Practicum in Physics Laboratory Management (1.5)The student will assist with all aspects of an undergraduate physics laboratory at the appropriate level, including answering student questions, preparing equipment, and grading. The student will also be expected to prepare and present two or three introductory lectures for the laboratory, critique materials and methods presently in use, and suggest, design, and produce written materials for a new experiment. May be repeated for a maximum of 3 semester hours. Prerequisite(s): consent of department.
