Transfer Guide MACC AAS to UCM BSE Secondary Education: Agriculture Teacher Education

The below courses are required for Secondary Education: Agriculture Teacher Education majors and can be fulfilled at MACC as part of the AAS Agriculture Technology requirements. The full list of MACC AAS requirements can be found in the MACC catalog.

AAS General Education Requirements: 16 Semester Hours


The below courses can be taken as part of the general education program at MACC. If these courses are not taken at MACC, they must be completed at UCM.

Note: All students must complete a minimum of 42 credit hours in general education. Students who transfer to UCM with an AAS degree will need to complete the general education program at UCM. AAS Agriculture Technology Program Requirements: 45 Semester Hours

Minimum Total Hours Required for MACC AAS: 61 Hours


UCM BSE Secondary Education: Agriculture Teacher Education


The below list of courses represents the requirements a student will have left to complete after transferring to UCM with an AAS Agriculture Technology degree. Any courses listed above not taken at MACC must be completed as part of the BSE Secondary Education: Agriculture Teacher Education requirements.

Minimum Total Hours Required for BSE: 129-130 Semester Hours
