MKT 5475 - Services Marketing (3) Provides a study of the issues and concepts unique to the marketing of services including relationship marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, service failure and recovery, and service delivery. Students who earned undergraduate credit for MKT 4475 may not take MKT 5475 for graduate credit. This course is co-listed with MKT 4475. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the MBA program and BADM 5400 .
